Corporate Actions Administrator - Temp

The successful candidate will work as part of the Operations function within Corporate Actions where they will support the Front Office teams and work closely with Custodians to ensure all Corporate Actions are processed accordingly.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Requesting reports for upcoming meetings & checking the accuracy of the data
• Ensuring all relevant company procedures are complied with and that all relevant legal & regulatory reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
• Completing templates for checking prior to dispatch to client
• Monitoring central inbox for responses from clients, collating and submitting to Custodian prior to deadline date.
• Providing updated MI as required
• Ensuring all reasonable requests received from clients, Client executives and internal customers are carried out in a complete, accurate and timely manner and they are kept informed of work progress and status where necessary.
• Updating master spreadsheet with relevant details
• Carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.

Knowledge / Experience
Experience of working in the Financial Industry for at least 6 months
Knowledge of SRDII regulations would be advantageous but not essential

Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team
Proficient Excel  & word skills
Attention to detail
Able to work virtually, in an agile manner as needed

Language Skills
Fluent in English; French, German, Dutch an advantage
