Graduate Programme Manager

Key Role Objectives
The successful candidate will work as part of the Group HR function and drive execution for the Quintet Graduate Programme within the overall Group Learning & Development Strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Accountable for the design and execution of Graduate and Intern Programmes for Quintet organisation
• Ensure the program is delivered both globally and locally as needed
• Represent programme across the broader HR function and face off to senior HR stakeholders
• Educate senior business stakeholders on the programme and other relevant initiatives
• Make sure the business understands our graduate strategy and supports its execution

Practitioner Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
• Ideally worked in financial services but not essential
• Previous experience of leading, designing and executing Graduate and Intern programmes

Candidate Attributes
• Experience and passion in talent development and learning, with a firm grasp of human resources
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Able to work virtually, in an agile manner as needed
• Effective communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization and with credibility
• An expert at building networks and connections, on both regional and global levels

Language Skills
Fluent in English; French, German, Dutch an advantage
