Digital Marketing Trainee (6 months)

Purpose of the Job

 

The Digital Marketing Trainee will work in closely collaboration with the Offering Distribution Officer. He/She will participate in a new initiative, optimizing the distribution of our offering and related content, in particular investment research distribution to clients, and leveraging digital channels. 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Collaborate in the establishment of positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing offering (con-tent)-related distribution plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Take in charge a part of the creation of offering (content)-related distribution programmes from start to fin-ish, in particular by developing the templates in Spotler for each mass-mailing communication linked to the Counterpoint Suite
  • Contribute to improving the efficiency of execution of the offering (content)-related distribution pro-grammes by reviewing processes
  • Participate in team training and creating a handbook/procedure for the Spotler tool
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build success-ful offering (content) distribution strategies.
  • Assist the Offering Distribution Officer to create analytics, reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Knowledge and Experience

 

 

  • Ideally last year of master’s in Business, Finance or Marketing Internship or graduate internship
  • Product knowledge: affinity with / knowledge of investment and wealth management products / services
  • Product marketing: affinity with / knowledge of investment and wealth products / services marketing
  • Digital expert: affinity with / knowledge of digital marketing.

Technical Skills

 

  • Technical excellence: Demonstrable ability to execute operational offer-ing (content) marketing, branding and communications tasks.
  • Good knowledge of VBA and Excel, and Financial tools (Morningstar and Factset)

Languages Skills

 

  • Fluent in English.
