As a member of the COO Transformation team, your role will be to support COO senior management in defining and driving the delivery of the transformation roadmap. You will report to the Group Head of COO Transformation.
Location : Luxembourg preferred, however open to other Group locations
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure programmes/projects are scoped and planned appropriately to meet the required business outcomes while being in line with the group's expectations
- Identify and define the initiatives to drive the transformation agenda in line with market trends and best practices
- Ensure transformation plans and initiatives across the COO function are appropriately prioritized, sequenced and can be delivered successfully to drive the business forward
- Select content engagement on priority topics and active project participation
- Provide appropriate management controls to ensure that the transformation portfolio is governed effectively and successfully delivers to the business strategy and vision
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the COO function to ensure everyone understands the need for the change and their role within it and provide appropriate level of commitment to make sure that the change is successful
- Identify key risks, issues and mitigate these accordingly by escalating, reporting and doing the necessary follow-up
- Ensure program/project assurance by defining and following assurance plan, internally to the project, and with control functions (mainly, Risk and Audit)
- Manage resources (incl. Business mobilisation); budget (incl. forecasts) and the selection process of external resources
- Support the Group COO in planning and preparing for all ExCo level and Board meeting
Knowledge and Experience
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business administration
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Transformation… Consulting background is an advantage.
- Proven records of successful delivery of complex, multi-year cross-functional programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and able to achieve consensus across multiple stakeholders
- In depth front to back knowledge of wealth management and institutional asset management industry, as well as ability to understand the business from multiple functional perspectives (Operations, Facilities, BRM, Digital…)
