The Executive Assistant is accountable for assisting in any administrative task/concerns related to the positions of the local / Group management committee and its stakeholders. This should result in effective support taking away any operational/organisational tasks.
Key Accountabilities
- Organizing and maintaining agenda up to date and arranging appointments and meetings for management committee members and their teams
- Proactive follow-up of outstanding items, including proactive follow-up of emails, regular and registered mail

Arranging travel and accommodation / follow-up execution and resolve last minute issues
- Managing budgets / expense declarations
- Organize access, filtering meeting request/calls, interact with persons at different levels in the organisation with respect
- Coordinate IT issues with the IT team (including access rights management)
- Ensure administrative support for dedicated tasks with HR, Reception, Marketing and Communications teams
- Manage the management committee adminisitrative governance (meeting minutes, planning, action logs, …)
Knowledge and Experience
- Pre Higher Education (A Levels or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experiece in a similar role
