As a Junior FIM Business Developer, the candidate is expected to:

Develop knowledge and experience in supporting professional partners and their end‑clients across various jurisdictions, working in both B2B and B2B2C environments.

Contribute to the growth of the business line by working closely with the team head and team members—particularly the FIM Business Developer for the French market—to identify, build, and expand profitable B2B partnerships with professionals such as External Asset Managers, Multi‑Family Offices, and Life Insurers.

Build strong commercial relationships, lead strategic onboarding initiatives, and support business expansion through proactive market engagement, risk‑aware practices, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Identify, establish, and grow partnerships with professionals
  • Lead the onboarding of new relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Engage in commercial events to network and promote the bank’s offering
  • Perform initial due diligence and maintain oversight of client relationships
  • Manage the client book and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Maintain regular business reviews and relationship follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with Client Account Managers and support teams
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across the full client lifecycle

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Higher Education (University / Bachelor) 
  • At least 3 years experiece in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, especially related to professional clients
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, KYT, AML) and risk management in financial services.
  • Expertise in onboarding processes, due diligence, and compliance monitoring
