Job Summary

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Group Finance is currently looking for a 6 to 12 months Trainee Financial Analyst within the Performance Management team. The team is responsible for executive reporting & analytics and is key to understand, monitor and challenge the performance of our Private Banking, Institutional, Asset Management and Financial Markets activities with a focus on the rollout of the strategic initiatives of the Group.

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Reporting to the Head of Group Performance Management, this role will be critical in enabling informed decision making through a comprehensive understanding of the performance drivers and trends.  

Job Responsibilities
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Create and maintain business and executive management dashboards across multiple countries and profitability dimensions (e.g. entity, product, sales, client)
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Review performance levels against defined targets, perform variance & sensitivity analysis
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance by delivering reliable financial information
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Deliver budgeting and forecasting processes
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Contribute to various ad-hoc financial analysis, projects and executive level presentations
Qualifications / Experiences
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Studies in the field of Economics or Business administration (Finance, accounting, business strategy)
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Proficiency in Excel modeling and analytics
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Previous experience with analytical modeling and accounting would be a plus
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Extremely curious, is not satisfied with easy or convenient answers, drives issues to their root cause
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Financial, analytical and modelling skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Ability to learn quickly and obsessing over details
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Capacity to question, challenge existing processes
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Good written communication and presentation skills with the ability to disclose financial data in easy to understand way
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Fluent English and French
