As Group Head of Change Oversight & Project Delivery your role will be to drive the implementation of strategic projects and provide transparency to senior management on project status, change management resources available, budgets and alignment towards key initiatives and mitigation of interdependencies according to the group governance policy.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead a team of approx.. 10 people covering both Change Oversight and Project Delivery squads
- Establish full-fledged change oversight and change budgets across the organization for all change initiatives
- Set up change-, capacity- and interdependency management
- Support senior leadership in decision making on key strategic / high impact initiatives by prioritizing change project portfolio based on their strategic relevance and regulatory necessity
- Support in allocating resources along key prioritized initiatives and manage squad of dedicated project delivery resources that are being “staffed” on key priority initiatives for the group
- Manage the submission process and review new project proposals by enforcing change portfolio governance
- Identify, monitor and escalate interdependencies to minimize risk exposure
- Manage the reporting on project status across key prioritized initiatives
- Lead project execution according to group project governance policy by managing diverse stakeholders
- Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives
Knowledge and Experience
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- At least 10 years of experience in Project -, Capacity -, Transformation Management, Consulting
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to achieve consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Project Management qualification or equivalent training
- In depth front to back knowledge of wealth management and institutional asset management industry, as well as the ability to understand the business from multiple functional perspectives (Operations, Facilities, Digital,..)
