The Head of Group Depositary Bank Services leads the Group Depositary Bank function and is accountable for its strategic positioning, support of the commercial development and regulatory integrity across all jurisdictions in scope, including Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The role covers Depositary Bank services primarily for UCITS and AIFMD-regulated funds, while also supporting other structures, including non-regulated or lightly regulated funds, depending on client needs and the evolution of the Group’s service offering.

The role ensures that the Depositary Bank acts as a trusted, value-adding control partner to the Front Office, Asset Servicing and Fund clients, while independently fulfilling its duties of safekeeping, oversight and cash-flow monitoring in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks (including UCITS V, AIFMD, CSSF requirements and relevant local regulations), acting solely in the interest of the funds and their investors.
