Purpose of the Job

The recruited intern will have the main objective of following up on the training administration so that we can make the annual declarations necessary for the smooth running of the department, and also required by the government. Administrative support for other departments in the Human Resources department will be required.
 

Key Accountabilities

 

Learning & Development


•    Data requisition and encoding in our LMS (Learning Management System)
•    Regular exchanges with employees to obtain the necessary training documentation (attendance list, certificate, invoice, proof of payment…)
•    Filing and archiving administrative documents for the INFPC’s (Institut National pour le développement de la Formation Continue) annual report
•    Monitor, clean and update training-related data
•    Participate and provide ideas for continuous improvement in the development of our LMS

 

Within the HR Department


•    Supporting the HR team when needed with administrative data
•    Production of administrative documents in relation with the employee lifecycle 
•    Data requisition and encoding in Success Factors*
•    Contribute to data cleaning and alignment in Success Factors

 

*Success Factors is our HR System. It is the SAP group, which is known worldwide


 

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • You are currently studying Human Resources or carry out administrative and data-related studies

Attributes and Qualities

 

  • Discretion, rigour and proactivity
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and come up with new ideas

Technical Skills

 

  • Good command of IT tools, particularly Excel. Power BI is consider as a strong asset 

Languages Skills

 

  • A good command of French and English is essential
