The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with a primary focus on planning and executing events across various European jurisdictions. This role also involves providing digital support to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement through mass mailing, content and graphic development. The Marketing Assistant will support the team with administrative tasks related to budget and supplier management, accounting reporting.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events in Luxembourg and across multiple EU jurisdictions working with different types of suppliers
  • Draft marketing communications, social media posts, event invitations 
  • Manage mass mailing campaigns directed toward external stakeholders and/or clients and prospects
  • Support budget and accounting tracking and follow-up to ensure cost-effective event management
  • Provide support in adapting pitchbooks to different market needs and ensure coherency of branding in collaboration with the marketing team and the Front
  • Collaborate and provide support to the team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns across various marketing channels (including but not limited to print, digital, OOH)
  • Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and presentations.

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Entry or intermediate level experience; prior professional marketing experience is not required
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, communications, or related fields
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.

Technical Skills

 

  • Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Experience with mass mailing tools (ex. HubSpot, MailChimp)
     

Languages Skills

 

  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
