The selected candidate will ensure the timely delivering of market transactions' related regulatory reports such as Emir, Mifir, SFTR, RTS27,etc. to the official recipients and take all necessary measures to meet linked requirements.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Ensure  the drafting and delivering of market transactions' related regulatory reports such as Emir Refit, Mifir, SFTR, RTS27, … to the official recipients
  • Control the quality and the comprehensiveness of the collected data and rectify errors and/or re-submit transactions
  • Participate to the development of the related IT-Tools in collaboration with our external supplier; proceed to the Acceptance Tests to validate the solution            
  • Suggest improvements and optimisation of the current processes leading to the completion of the reports and collaborate with other departments of the Bank to implement achievement
  • Analyze questions from the regulator and prepare answers with the Management
  • Keep abreast of regulatory evolutions    
  • Keep technical/financial data updated in the upstream IT-Tool Kondor+
  • Organize, supervise and participate actively to the daily margin-calls in relation with activities covered by following Master Agreements: GMRA, ISDA-CSA and Pledge Agreements; operated with market counterparties, some customers and subsidiaries. This is done in compliance with Risk Management guidelines, regulations (EMIR, SFTR,…) and liquidity requirements.
  • Contribute to deliver state of the art services, i.e. ensure the follow up of the pledge (subsidiaries) and the exchange of collateral (market side, some customers), and the follow up of EMIR Refit requirements in terms of margining;                                            
     

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Bac +3 in Finance / Economics
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of financial makets' transactions and of current regulations
