Senior Client Administration Officer (Fixed Term contract)

Job Summary

As a Senior Client Administration officer, you are committed to perform all the tasks related to the update of the centralized customer static data file and of the related portfolios, for both private individuals and institutional clients. You are familiar with all account opening documents required in this context and you are also able to remediate client files when necessary.
Your actions contribute to account and safe openings and (un)blocking, to the appropriate passing of transactions as well as to an adequate delivery of banking information towards the customer and regulators.
As a contributor to a centralized data center, you work with many different internal entities and even with some affiliates for particular items.

Job Responsibilities

1) be able to review and validate the contractual or regulatory documentation

2) perform a quick and accurate data input in line with the documents required and received, as well as with the ongoing regulation and internal procedures

3) keep up with the reglementation on Compliance (AML,MiFID, EMIR, Data Protection, …), Risks (Anacrédit, Incidents Report) and Tax  (FATCA, QI, CRS, UKRND, USU/NUP,…)

4) participate to a lean document management, propose ideas of improvements

5) contribute to the team's best practices, efficiency, procedure & user guide update

 

Qualifications / Experiences

Bac+2 min.

At least 5 years experience in the client data input

Skills

Knowledge of the client documentation (companies & private individuals)

Basic knowledge of the various regulations such as AML/KYC and MiFID II

Word/Excel proficient

 

Languages

French/English
