Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will support the recently established team of Group Policy Effectiveness to carry out their mission under the sponsorship of the Group COO. The team is a key contributor and driver of the standardisation and simplification of policies and procedures across the group. The candidate will be partnering in close collaboration with the Group functions and locations, supporting them in the development of Policies and Procedures across the Group.
The position could be performed in any Quintet location across Europe, whereas Luxembourg is preferred.  

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Administrate and ensure that policies and procedures are developed, approved, published and implemented in line with the group governance requirements
  • Drive the implementation of a standard, simplified policy framework across all locations in which Quintet operates 
  • Support the introduction of the new Policy Management Suite Clausematch across the group
  • Contribute to the reporting to the AMC/Board on Policy status and embedment in the organisation  

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Strong understanding of the banking business, regulatory and corporate governance environment
  • Proven experience in coordinating, administering the development and implementation of policies across multiple functional domains
  • Candidate shall likely already be working in roles such as Regulatory Affairs, Organization, COO Administration within a regulated institute

  • Enjoys engaging a with a large number of stakeholders across multiple locations

Technical Skills

 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (including ability to produce Power Point presentation or Excel reports on Board/Exco level)

Languages Skills

 

  • Fluent in English, German or French would be an asset
