As Business Development analyst (lead management) you will join the Business Development department focusing on the business acquisition process with lead generation objectives.  

 

The successful candidate is a key team member with essential business, analytical and technology knowledge. You will, together with the Market Head Business Growth & Transformation, focus on lead management and execution of prospect activation to strengthen the organic growth of the private bank. 

 

This position reports directly to the Market Head Business Growth & Transformation. 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Drive prospect activation and conversion activities, in close cooperation with the private banking teams and other departments such as marketing. 
  • Monitor lead generation activities, ensuring the conversion of leads in specific target groups.  
  • Disciplined budget management within Business Development department 
  • Be able to communicate and collaborate with technical profiles such as data scientists and data engineers within Quintet Private banking. 
     

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Experience and skills in driving an organization for growth, from a perspective of processes in terms of marketing, sales and product, as well as from a people perspective. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience. 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. 
  • Experiences in luxury services or financial services industry are an asset.

  • Dutch: very good knowledge
