As Marketing Manager, you will work for Puilaetco, Belgian branch of Quintet Private Bank S.A.

 

You will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the Belgium market, with a focus on leading the marketing ambassador community, driving digital lead generation and by supporting the marketing department on both marketing automation (eg. invitations via HubSpot) and creating purchase requests and invoicing via Coupa.

 

You will partner with Puilaetco front office (Sales) and Business Development to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives. You liaise with Group Marketing and contribute to Quintet marketing initiatives to ensure these initiatives support both Puilaetco and Quintet. You champion Quintet marketing initiatives within Puilaetco to ensure cohesive and compliant marketing execution within Quintet.

 

As member of the Puilaetco’s Marketing team you will contribute to the marketing department’s role in increasing Puilaetco’s client experience and driving growth. You will be a direct report to the Group Head of Marketing.

Key Accountabilities

Marketing Strategy  

 

  • Contribute to developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Belgium market to increase our brand preference and consideration among key client segments and prospects.  

 

 

Client experience 

 

  • Coordinate local marketing ambassadors to ensure local marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives, within budget and ROI is tracked and reported.
  • Together with Business Development and Front Office, contribute to define the strategic purpose of our client events, ensuring they deliver tangible value in terms of client acquisition and retention. This includes invitations (Hubspot) settings KPI’s, measuring ROI, and continuously optimizing Digital Lead Generation and event-related initiatives to align with business objectives.
  • Organize and coordinate the clients’ events.

 

 

Digital Lead Generation 

 

  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels using data-driven insights, analytics, and automation tools to enhance conversion rates. Manage and execute CRM activities via the marketing automation tool HubSpot. 
  • Represent Puilaetco in the Digital & Lead Generation workstream to optimize Puilaetco’s organic search (SEO), fine tune search engine advertising (SEA), Identify potential digital campaigns specific for the Belgian marketing and adapt successful Quintet campaigns to Puilaetco  

 


Collaboration 

 

  • Partner with Puilaetco Sales and Business Development department to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business development goals and client retention & acquisition strategies. 
  • Liaise with and contribute to Digital and Lead Gen workstream to ensure these initiatives support both Puilaetco and Quintet.  
  • Champion Quintet digital marketing initiatives within Puilaetco to ensure cohesive and compliant marketing execution that supports the brand and consideration strategy developed in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager. 

 

Budget, planning & control 

 

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing the marketing budget allocation and management through creating purchase requests and invoicing via Coupa , share recommendations to ensure efficient use of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Track and measure the impact of each of the different marketing techniques / activities used by defining, developing and implementing a measurement dashboard that will help to re-prioritize budgets usage.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in building the marketing annual plan and budget.
  • Contribute to the management and improvement of marketing procedures & processes and propose change when and where necessary

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience

  • You have 5 to 7 years’ experience in marketing / the financial services industry

  • You have excellent analytical, communications, process and interpersonal skills and you can build strong relationships with internal partners.  

Technical Skills

 

  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and how they integrate with communication strategies. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, CMS. 

  • Understanding of marketing budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and budget monitoring processes.   

  • MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook. 

Languages Skills

 

  • Bilingual French & Flemish 

  • Business proficiency in English
