Sales Performance Manager
Job Summary

The successful candidate will work as part of the Quintet Wealth Management business.  The purpose of the role is to drive and coordinate the sales management process within Puilaetco, in close collaboration with local sales support teams. This role is central to support local sales ambition delivery, coordinate locally group-wide sales efforts and contribute to group initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support efforts to embed more usage of data and business insights to animate sales discussions at all levels of the organization
  • Act as sparring partner for the local Commercial leadership, equally challenging and supporting front teams while building sustainable partnering relationships with front teams
  • Identify required sales initiatives and drive them with identified owners and stakeholders
  • Liaise and interact with front teams and front support teams, with MIS and BI teams
  • Steer business performance as part of defined performance management framework (e.g., performance dialogues, wealth management leadership team meetings, etc.)
  • Support local business-generation/business development activities and initiatives, and coordinate local implementation of group-wide bus dev initiatives
  • Drive and support delivery of NNM, NNL, and revenue ambition
  • Prepare and animate Front committee, Team leader meeting and Private Bankers day
  • Act as Single Point of Contact gathering Front input to support PMO processes i.e. Demand capture, PAC, digital lab…
  • Drive selected groupwide initiatives with the Group Sales Manager and Head of Client Delivery & Sales Management
Qualifications / Experiences
  • University degree (additional professional qualifications are a plus, e.g. CFA)
  • More than 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience (internally or as a consultant) in the Banking / Wealth management industry
  • Experience with sales audience and knowlegde of sales management process (business generation, pipeline management, performance tracking...)
  • A first experience in a consultancy firm (ideally working for financial services industry) is highly appreciated
  • Experience with MIS and BI solutions is a plus
  • Knowledge of Project Management best practices & tools
  • Ability to engage with senior and middle management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
  • General wealth management knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint
