F2B Change Project Manager

Job Description

Purpose of the Job / Mission / Objectives

Quintet Switzerland COO is required to oversee and ensure appropriate F2B execution of key business processes.
The F2B change Project Manager is responsible for the effective delivery (i.e., in respect of timing, budget and agreed quality levels) of the assigned topic, introduces sustainable rtb processes ensuring effective and efficient execution as well as maintenance, monitoring and reporting of the relevant topic.

Topics will be for example in the areas of
- Launch of strategic markets (e.g. Latam, CH, ME)
- Policies, Processes, Procedures and Controls. For example, as Group program progresses, support alignment of Group policies and related processes to Switzerland
- IT system enhancements (continued improvement of current platform via digitalization in close collaboration with Group)
- Any other F2B related topic
He/She reports directly to the local Quintet CH COO and the Head Group PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the assigned topic / project focusing on F2B implementation
• Works very closely with the Sponsor and ensures strategic alignment
• Translates the demand, together with relevant SMEs, into F2B deliverables, ensures feasibility, defines project roadmap and drives implementation along the defined governance. This may include the adaptation of systems and processes as well
• Ensures effective delivery (i.e., in respect of timing, budget and agreed quality levels) of the assigned topic, introduces sustainable rtb processes ensuring effective and efficient execution as well as maintenance, monitoring and reporting of the relevant topic
• Identifies key risks, issues and mitigations along the implementation phase. Escalates, reports and follows-up closure of issues and key risks
• Enforces standard framework for project management methodology and related processes
• Ensures adherence to project governance structure, monitors, reports and escalates project progress accordingly


Knowledge / Experience

• Solid understanding of banking or financial services business.
• Knowledge of F2B Wealth Management processes, ranging from market specific topics, products and services to processes and systems.
• Strong analytical as well as organisational skills.
• Strong and proven experience in project management of banking projects with ability to drive towards expected results.
• Be able to evolve in a matrixed / changing and complex environment.
• Proven ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organisation (incl. ExCo) in an effective manner.
• Proficient in building relationships, strong interpersonal skills.
• At least 5 years of experience
