Head of Quintet Switzerland Internal Audit

Purpose of the Job / Objectives

The successful candidate will head the Switzerland Internal Audit with objective to support, within the remit of the third line of defence, Quintet Switzerland Senior Management / Board in setting and maintaining proper risk management and governance practices.
1. Provide assurance / advise to Quintet Switzerland Senior Management / Board Audit Committee members on risk, governance, regulatory and transformation matters. Attend and prepare Internal Audit reporting to the Quintet Switzerland Board Audit Committee.
2. Perform Quintet Switzerland audit reviews with the support of Group Internal Audit Competence Centre. Lead Internal Audit reviews performed group wide within his (her) domains of expertise (especially international cross borders activities and AML / KYC). 
3. Prepare the three year / annual audit plans.
4. Build constructive relationship with the Board of Directors (especially the Board Audit Committee Chair), Swiss regulator and external auditors.
5. Roll out Group Internal Audit organisation / governance, methodology and tools. 

Required Knowledge and Experience

Over 15 years of Internal Audit experience with proven track record in Senior Internal Audit positions in a Swiss / International Private Banking environment.
In-depth knowledge of international cross borders activities and AML / KYC is required.
