Purpose of the Job / Objectives

The successful candidate will work as part of the Global Products and Services Function for Quintet Switzerland in the discretionary portfolio management team. We manage our client portfolios according to the Group’s strategic and tactical asset allocation. However, driven by our modular approach, creating bespoke portfolios, in an x-boarder framework, should be a core competence of the successful candidate. We are looking for a motivated professional with a hands-on mentality that can quickly contribute to the daily business of the entire life cycle of a discretionary portfolio and can help to evolve the current offering along the exciting growth story of Quintet Switzerland.
Key accountabilities
a) Independent and efficient implementation of tactical asset allocation within client portfolios in a cross-border context
b) Construct tailor-made portfolios using various investment modules, based on bespoke asset allocation of UHNWI clients. Manage them in accordance to group-wide tactical asset allocation
c) Help to expand the discretionary offering in new x-boarder markets; contribution towards the entire life cycle (access new target markets / pitching / develop and maintain model- and client portfolios / reporting)
d) Ambassador of discretionary offering and CIO content within the front organization

Required Knowledge and Experience

Experienced investment professional in a portfolio management role (5y+) with sound knowledge of financial markets, cross asset experience
Higher education (finance degree), CFA / AZEK is an asset
PMS expert, ideally in a multi custody environment
Experienced on Single lines (fixed income and equities) as well as on funds
X-boarder experience would be an asset
Substantial IT affinity (financial data analytics in order to evaluate, pitch, create and manage portfolios, PMS tools, creating data bases, affinity for IT projects)

PMS experience (ideally Equalizer, PORT)
